DIRECTIONS FOR USE

· Remove a small amount with a clean, dry cosmetic spatula. Do not touch the product remaining in the jar with bare fingers.

· Warm the removed amount between clean palms until softened.

· Apply lightly through hair, beard or moustache, distributing from roots to ends.

· Begin with a pea-sized amount and add more only when required for length or texture.

· Reapply sparingly to refresh softness, sheen and fragrance.

· For hair use only; avoid direct application to facial skin and pulse points.

HYGIENE, STORAGE & TEMPERATURE

· Use a clean, completely dry cosmetic spatula every time. Never insert fingers or a wet or previously used unclean utensil, return unused balm to the jar or leave the lid open. Close tightly immediately after use.

· Warm conditions soften the balm and excessive heat may cause partial melting, surface sweating or oil separation; cooler conditions make it firmer. Repeated or extreme temperature changes may cause graininess, uneven texture, separation or gradual fragrance loss.

· If softened or partially melted, keep the jar upright and tightly closed and allow it to return naturally to a cool room temperature. Do not microwave, directly heat, freeze or add water.

· A mild change in firmness does not by itself indicate spoilage. Discard if separation persists, water enters the jar, or mould, an unusual odour or a significant colour change develops. Store cool and dry away from sunlight and excessive heat, and use within 3 months of opening.
