Sidr Royale

· This high-intensity formulation is intended primarily for considered, occasional use rather than automatic everyday use at the full serving.

· If comfortably tolerated, take the chosen measured serving on an empty stomach approximately 20–30 minutes before breakfast.

· Serving recommendations are guides rather than targets. Begin with the smallest practical measured amount, up to one-third of a teaspoon. This may be reduced further, for example to one-quarter or one-eighth of a teaspoon, according to individual tolerance.

· Remain at the lowest amount that feels personally appropriate. Increase only gradually when necessary, up to the recommended 5 g serving. More frequent use should remain at a carefully controlled reduced serving.

· Consume directly or mix into a cold or room-temperature beverage.

· Do not mix with coffee, energy drinks, pre-workout products or other supplements. Do not combine different OG supplements in the same drink or serving.

· Do not add to liquids above 30 °C.

· If use on an empty stomach causes nausea, acidity or digestive discomfort, take it with or after food instead.

· Do not exceed 10 g in any 24-hour period.

· Do not combine with APEX FUEL, the corresponding Royal or Royale formulation, or another high-intensity OG performance formulation on the same day.

· Always use a clean, dry utensil. Do not touch the product with bare fingers or return a used utensil to the jar.

· Refrigerate after opening, keep tightly sealed and use within 3 months when stored and handled as directed.
